Our Puppy Introduction Groom is perfect for puppies experiencing their first few grooming visits. This service focuses on comfort, trust, and positive exposure rather than a full haircut. This service includes: - Bath with gentle puppy-safe products - Light brushing and blow dry (as tolerated) - Face, feet, and sanitary tidy - Nail trim (if tolerated) - Calm, patient handling with breaks as needed This appointment is designed to build confidence and trust, setting the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free grooming. 🟢 Recommended for puppies under 6 months or first-time grooming clients.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved once confirmed. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. For the safety and comfort of all pets, dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health at the time of service.
