Velvet Paw is a private dog grooming studio located in Riverview, Florida, created to provide a calmer and more personal grooming experience.
Unlike busy salons, every appointment is one-on-one in a quiet home-based studio. There are no crowded waiting areas and no overlapping appointments. Each dog receives patient, individualized care from start to finish in a cage-free environment designed for comfort and trust.
My goal is simple: to create a grooming experience where dogs feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while leaving looking their very best.

Why I Became a Groomer
My journey into dog grooming started with a deep love for animals and a desire to work closely with them in a way that truly makes a difference.
Over time, I saw how stressful traditional grooming environments could be for many dogs—especially nervous pups, seniors, and dogs that simply do better in a quieter setting. That experience inspired me to create something different.
I wanted to offer grooming that feels calm, patient, and compassionate, where each dog receives the time and attention they deserve.
