Before Your Appointment:
After booking, all clients are required to complete and sign an intake & grooming consent form sent via email. Proof of a current rabies vaccination must also be submitted prior to your appointment. Accepted records must include the vaccination date and expiration date from a licensed veterinarian. Once that is complete, your appointment will be confirmed and the private salon location will be disclosed.
